Bookings & Partnerships Coordinator

New Creations Collective (NCC) is an innovative dance company creating accessible, high-quality narrative dance for indoor and outdoor spaces. We bring stories to life beyond traditional stages, with a strong track record working with heritage sites, arts festivals, and outdoor theatres.

We are seeking a highly organised, proactive, and confident Partnerships & Bookings Coordinator to help secure new bookings and build long-term relationships with venues and organisations. This role suits someone passionate about live arts and dance, who enjoys relationship-building and thrives in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and secure new booking and partnership opportunities across sectors including heritage sites, museums, galleries, schools, arts festivals, cathedrals, and corporate/luxury brand events

  • Secure a minimum number of annual bookings for the company

  • Proactively contact potential partners via phone and email to introduce NCC and explore collaborations

  • Manage a structured pipeline of leads, conversations, and follow-ups

  • Build strong relationships with venue managers, programmers, educators, and event organisers

  • Support the Artistic Director in developing tailored proposals

  • Contribute to regional and national booking strategy

Ideal Candidate

  • Highly organised, resourceful, and able to manage multiple leads

  • Confident communicator, comfortable initiating conversations

  • Experience or strong understanding of the live arts or cultural sector

  • Existing connections within any of the target areas above (Heritage Sites, Arts festivals, Luxury Brands /Retailers /Corporate events, Museums, Libraries, Cathedrals) is a strong advantage.

  • Self-motivated, collaborative, and enthusiastic about sharing dance with diverse audiences.

What We Offer

  • Hourly rate of £15p/hr.

  • Expected working hours are around 1 working day p/wk however this will may fluctuate according to project timelines and workload. â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹â€‹
