HULYA
LEVENT

Hulya fell in love with dance and theatre at the age of 13 and has never looked back since. She is a performer, creator, leader and visionary.

Hulya started her training at Bird College Junior School where she danced until she relocated to North Cyprus at the age of 15. In Cyprus she had two years intensive training with Russian classical dancers, Oleg Manukovskiy and Natalia Valishvili. Her time in Cyprus also offered many great performance opportunities including dancing classical solos at prestigious venues such as Bellepais Abbey.

On returning to the UK, she continued her dance training at Liz Burville Performing Arts School and The London Russian Ballet School. At 18 she was accepted to train at Kate Simmons Dance graduating with a Level 6 National Diploma in Dance as well as DDI and DDE ISTD Cecchetti Classcial ballet teaching qualifications. During her time at KS Dance she was given many great opportunities, including working with Grazia Galante on Bejart’s Bolero, performed at the Lowry Theatre and dancing for BBC’s Dance Proms at The Royal Albert Hall.
